Substance – Keeper of the Purple Twilight

Believe or not! My first own track in over 5 years. It took me this long (well not quite) to actually get my ass back on the production line.

It all started already earlier, when we relaunched our Nervous+Anxious project last December, before that I didn’t even have any tools installed. Now we have already written two tracks for that project, but personally I haven’t touched FL Studio outside of that project and this pounding acid techno track is my first.

I’m not promising whole a lot of new updates, but if anything happens besides our N+A project, I’ll be posting it here. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy…

I’ve been a bit busy thus not being able to update this blog much in the last week or so. The remix competition I wrote about in here has now closed officially and the votes have been cast.

My remix came 2nd in the competition and it is available for downloads here. Here’s the original track as a reminder.

I have just finished my next remix. It’s not available for downloads just yet because the deadline isn’t until the end of September but as usual, it will be here after the competition is over.

The remix is of an oldschool hardcore breakbeat classic Bish Bosh by Yolk from 1992. The competition was hosted at the Back To The Oldskool forum.
